Question 1

What does a verified agent mean on Domivo?

Accepted Answer

It means Domivo has reviewed the identity and professional information submitted by that agent. Verification supports trust, but you should still inspect the property and confirm every payment independently.

Question 2

Are all property listings reviewed?

Accepted Answer

Listings must pass moderation before appearing publicly. Domivo checks the submitted information for completeness and obvious duplication or risk signals, but availability and property condition can change.

Question 3

Does Domivo charge an inspection fee?

Accepted Answer

Domivo does not ask property seekers to pay an upfront inspection fee. If an agent introduces any charge, request a written explanation and verify who is receiving it before paying.

Question 4

How do inspection requests work?

Accepted Answer

Choose a preferred and alternate time from an approved listing. The agent can accept, decline or propose another time, and both parties receive status updates in their dashboards.

Question 5

Can I save properties and searches?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Signed-in property seekers can save homes and search criteria, then manage new-match alerts from their dashboard preferences.

Question 6

How do I report a suspicious listing?

Accepted Answer

Open the listing and use the report option. Include specific details so Domivo's trust team can investigate the listing, agent and related enquiries.

Question 7

Can agents or landlords remove old listings?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Listing owners can close a property as sold, rented or unavailable, and manage drafts and price reductions from their dashboard.

Question 8

How can I contact Domivo?

Accepted Answer

Use the contact page for support, account or safety questions. Never send passwords, authentication codes or sensitive payment details.
