Trust at every step

How Domivo verifies the people and properties you see.

Verification reduces uncertainty; it does not replace your own due diligence. Here is the process Domivo uses before and after a listing reaches the marketplace.

01

Professional identity

We review who is behind the listing.

Agents and property representatives submit identity, contact and operating details for administrative review. Approval is attached to the professional account, not merely to an email address.

02

Listing moderation

Every property waits for approval.

New listings enter a private moderation queue. Domivo reviews the property information, media, pricing and ownership context before a listing can appear in the public marketplace.

03

Clear verification signals

Trust should be visible and understandable.

Approved professionals and reviewed listings receive clear status signals. Draft, pending, rejected, sold and removed properties do not quietly remain available as active homes.

04

Safer enquiries

Contact starts inside a traceable flow.

Saved homes, enquiries and inspection requests are tied to signed-in accounts. Status updates are recorded so seekers and professionals can follow what happened and when.

05

Ongoing moderation

Approval is not the end of the process.

Users can report suspicious listings, administrators can investigate disputes, and professionals can close properties that have been rented or sold. Verification can also be reviewed when circumstances change.
